Kelmore's Grout Flex15 is an exceptionally flexible, polymer-modified, quick-setting cementitious grout designed for both walls and floors. It comes in a wide array of popular colours, each accompanied by a matching silicone. Suitable for joints up to 15mm wide, it also boasts built-in mould resistance. This efflorescence-free grout is specially formulated for easy wash-off, allowing it to set firmly in joints without difficulty in removing from tile surfaces, resulting in a functional and visually appealing full grout joint. Grout Flex15 is appropriate for both interior and exterior applications, including wet areas like power showers, and is suitable for use in both residential and commercial settings. Crafted to the highest standards using cutting-edge technologies and premium materials, Grout Flex15 significantly reduces CO2 emissions compared to traditional cementitious grouts.
You can return your full order to us within 100 days if you change your mind. We only accept full orders and the boxes have to be unopened.
We will refuse returns of opened boxes or used products.
All items need to be returned on a pallet, this can be requested via out live chat feature. The return carriage will be covered by yourself.
Returns are also subject to a 20% restocking fee due to the change of batches that we have in stock.
If you have leftover boxes, we advise to keep hold of them as spares. This is good practice in case you need to replace any boxes in the future.
In the rare case that your delivery is damaged upon arrival, please get in touch within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
All our tile deliveries are fulfilled using a third-party pallet service. Stocked items are dispatched within 48 hours, and are sent on a book-in service. The courier will be in touch with yourself to book a convenient delivery date. You will then be given a 2 hour time slot.
